Hammer Film’s follow-up to the successful One Million Years B.C. is set in an ancient past when humans and dinosaurs co-exist. Athletic cavewomen and hairy men wander around, grunting, sweating and occasionally sacrificing evil blonde babes to the sun in return for protection from stop-motion beasts. The fun-loving, energetic Sanna (Victoria Vetri), one of the sacrificial offerings, manages to escape during a ritual and joins another tribe where she says ‘necro’ a lot and falls in love with a surprisingly hairless guy.

Fewer and fewer movies will be being shot on actual film, because fewer and fewer theaters have film projectors. Unless of course there is an art house cinema nearby, any watching of older, or less well-known, films, on actual film, is pretty much impossible. When exactly is the last time that an aged or obscure film was available at the local multi-theater megaplex? If whoever has a film copy of that older, imprecise film, does not think it is lucrative enough to put it in DVD, there is little which can be done about it. Soon, the only way to watch films of any kind, will probably be through on-line streaming. According to your point of view, this is either that natural progression of technology, or it's the end of the world.
